Operation Metro is the only conquest map without any sort of amour (unless you count with trains) meaning it is just an infantry based map and one of the most popular as well. Positioning is key and usually the teams battle it out to control or break through the choke points to gain possession of B flag.

One of the goals of #battlefield3 pickups is to be as close to DoGaming tournament regulations as possible to provide a good platform for anyone to practice for the DoGaming League. To reflect the above statement, we will be using DoGaming’s set rules with regards to weapon bans and server setup.

Battlefield 3 has been out for almost 6 months now and finally we celebrate our very first pickup!
First and foremost a big thank you to everyone who helped create some hype for pickups as of late, especially Bakgat22 for his post spamming and to Bakgat22 and JoKeR who organised both the pickup server and the TeamSpeak channels.
Even though last nights games were our very first pickups, I think it ran smoother and was more enjoyable than I expected. I urge players to setup their TeamSpeaks so long in anticipation for more pickups so that when its time for action you aren’t left sitting around wondering what settings to use.

A couple of days have past since Battlefields large Spring patch landed and a lot of people are feeling uncomfortable with the game but then again a lot of them don’t know what exactly has changed.
Below you can find the full patch list as well as some small additions to the game. All changes apply for PC, Xbox360 and PlayStation3 unless otherwise stated.
